The Torrevieja Carnival Cultural Association is organising the election of the Adult and Children’s Carnival Queens of Torrevieja, with the aim of promoting culture, the arts and tourism—an event that, year after year, attracts a huge turnout. It is for this reason that the following rules have been drawn up for the upcoming Torrevieja Carnival 2021.

New for 2021, Torrevieja Carnival will introduce the role of ‘King of the Carnival’, enabling all young people who wish to do so to play an active part in this great festival, making it more inclusive and open.
