The Torrevieja Carnival Cultural Association announces that, following the closure of the registration period for the selection of the Queen, Junior Queen and King of the 2027 Torrevieja Carnival, the nomination process has now been closed, with the following entries received.

In the category of Carnival Queen 2027:, a single candidate has been put forward:

Andrea Hernández González 

In the category of Carnival King 2027:, a single candidate has also been nominated:

Ares Franco Clemente (Comparsa Ciudad del Mar)

In both cases, as they are unique candidacies, these people will become the representatives of the Carnival of Torrevieja 2027, in the absence of the official proclamation acts.

As for the category of Children's Carnival Queen 2027, two candidacies have been submitted, so it will be the appointed jury who determines the final choice:

Irene Carazo Pinilla (Comparsa ¡No Ni Naaa!)

Claudia Villena Guillamó (Comparsa Aquí hay Tomate)

This means that only the children’s category is still awaiting the jury’s decision to finalise the official line-up for the upcoming Torrevieja Carnival.

The Torrevieja Carnival Cultural Association would like to thank all the candidates who put themselves forward and highlights the importance of this process in ensuring the continuity and promotion of one of the city’s most iconic festivals.

The jury’s decision in the children’s category will be announced in the coming days.
